1. We Review Your Request
Our team will review your event details, including the date, location, rental selections, and any special requests.
2. Receive Your Custom Quote
We'll prepare a personalized quote based on your needs and send it to you for review. If any adjustments are needed, we're happy to make them.
3. Confirm Your Booking
Once you're ready to move forward, sign your rental agreement and submit the required deposit to reserve your event date.
4. Finalize the Details
As your event approaches, we'll confirm your rental items, delivery schedule, setup requirements, and any remaining details to ensure everything is ready.
5. Delivery & Event Day
Our team will deliver and, if applicable, set up your rental items according to the agreed schedule. After your event, we'll return to pick everything up, so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

Booking Policies
- Booking requests are processed in the order they are received.
- Event dates remain available to other customers until your reservation has been confirmed with a signed Rental Agreement and deposit.
- Quotes are valid for the time period indicated on your proposal.
- Additional rental items may be added later based on availability.
